Adventure Camp: Buck Creek Week (ages 8-12)

This week of Adventure Camp will explore the watershed that feeds the city of White Salmon.

Children will learn about the flora and fauna of the area while enjoying old growth forest, trail-side crafts, safe swimming (wading) holes and lots of joyful play.

Camp will begin with our safety and team-building lessons to ensure children know the essential safety protocol and rules of the forest. Counselors will then guide students through the Lower Buck Creek Trail for  exploring and adventure!

Tuesday and Wednesday  will be spent north of Trout Lake on the Upper Buck Creek Trail where we will explore the source of the water! 

Camp will return Thursday to the Lower Buck Creek trail and to the Heartsong farm for reflection and closing our time together.

Camp runs from 9am-4pm Monday-Thursday. Extended care available. 

Open to ages 8-12 (13 & 14 yr olds are welcome as long as they are comfortable in a mixed age group)
