ABOUT US

Held In Water offers gentle, somatic-based swim instruction for infants and young children in a calm, supportive environment. Our program is designed for children ages 2 months to 4 years in the spring, with a special summer program starting in July for ages 2 months to 6 years.

Led by Hannah, an experienced instructor with over 25 years of teaching, we focus on fostering confidence, safety, and a love for the water. Hannah has been teaching in this community for nearly a decade and specializes in working with children of all abilities, including those with special needs.

With a background in infant massage, Doula and postpartum Doula work, Hannah brings a deeply nurturing approach to her teaching. She is currently training in craniosacral therapy for infants and integrating it into her water work, offering an even more gentle, healing experience for babies and young children.
