Early parenthood comes with a lot of questions, challenges, and big emotions—and there’s no one “right” way to do things. Dr. Michelle Gerbi provides families with evidence-based guidance, compassionate support, and the tools to find what works best for their unique path.

Her office offers two complementary services for families in the Columbia Gorge:

Lactation Care – Personalized, judgment-free support through every stage of infant feeding. Services include prenatal education, tongue tie consults, low milk supply evaluations, bottle feeding and pumping guidance, and care for complex medical or emotional feeding challenges. Lactation services are in-network with Oregon Health Plan (OHP), PacificSource, and all Blue Cross/Regence plans, with additional insurance plans being added throughout 2025.

Perinatal Chiropractic Care  & Infant Craniosacral Therapy – Gentle, clinically-informed care for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and infant well-being. These services are designed to support the physical demands of early parenting. Chiropractic and cranial visits are self-pay. While insurance is not billed directly, clients receive superbills for potential reimbursement.
