Bright Beginnings

Bright Beginnings is a small, independent school nestled in the heart of downtown Hood River. Serving one class of Kindergarten and First Grade, the school offers a warm, nurturing environment led by husband and wife teaching team, Scott and Billie Rumsey. With a focus on early childhood development and individualized attention, Bright Beginnings fosters a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
